By accessing or using our services, website, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a premium shopping experience for all our customers.

1. General Terms

Elite Editions reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
All communication related to purchases or inquiries must be conducted through official Elite Editions channels only.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of purchase will be honored.
Errors in product pricing, descriptions, or availability are rare but may occur; we reserve the right to cancel or amend any orders in such cases.

3. Orders & Customizations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
Minor variations in embellishment, dyeing, or stitching may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our garments. These shall not be considered defects.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of purchase. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, courier delays) are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Re-shipping due to incorrect address will incur additional charges.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Elite Editions, each piece is crafted with attention to detail and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Exchanges are permitted only in the case of sizing issues and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
Any request for exchange must be accompanied by proper proof (unboxing video and images) and will be reviewed before approval.
Shipping charges for sending the product back and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Custom measurements, altered garments, and made-to-measure outfits are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds are not offered under any condition.

6. Garment Care

Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, we recommend dry clean only for all Elite Editions products.
Storage in a cool, dry place and use of muslin covers is advised to maintain garment longevity.

7. Design & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Elite Editions curates and recreates designs inspired by global trends, runway collections, and celebrity styles.
We do not claim originality over all designs unless specifically stated. Our intent is to offer fashion-forward pieces at accessible prices.
All product imagery, content, and branding on our platforms remain the sole property of Elite Editions and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
If any designer or brand believes their rights have been unintentionally infringed upon, they are requested to contact us directly for prompt resolution.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Personal information collected during the shopping experience is stored securely and used strictly for order processing and customer service purposes.
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Elite Editions will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will be limited to the courts of Kolkata, India.
