At Elite Editions, we take pride in offering high-quality products with a keen eye for detail and finish. However, due to the nature of our business and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds/return under any circumstances.


Please note:


  • Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind, delay in delivery caused by courier partners, or if the customer no longer wants the product after delivery.

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and are not considered valid reasons for refunds.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, size guide, and any customer queries prior to making a purchase.

We allow exchanges only in the case of sizing issues. Please read the terms below to ensure your product qualifies for an exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

    • Free from any stains, perfume, makeup, or signs of wear

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email us at eliteditions@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Clear unboxing video (recorded in one take without cuts)

    • Photographs showing the sizing issue

Once verified and approved, we will share the return process details.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Products not returned in original packaging or with tags removed

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers will bear the return shipping cost as well as the shipping charges for the exchanged product.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we will not be responsible for lost or delayed parcels, The exchanged product shall be delivered within 7-10 days of receiving the original product
